At Clinique Médicale 360, we understand how important it is for your child to receive the best possible care during the first years of life. That’s why we are proud to offer a comprehensive pediatric program – the ABCdaire – as well as a new medical circumcision service for newborns, both designed to support your child’s health and development from day one.
ABCdaire Program: Structured Medical Follow-up for Children 0-5 years old
Developed at Ste-Justine University Hospital Center and used by healthcare professionals across Quebec for over 20 years, the ABCdaire is a rigorous pediatric evaluation and follow-up program. It is designed to structure medical visits for children from birth to age 5, using tools such as age-specific follow-up forms, World Health Organization (WHO) growth charts, and developmental screening guides.
Our Newborn Memberships include six medical evaluations during the first year of life, and our Youth Memberships ensure annual follow-up visits until age 5. Each visit includes an appointment with a nurse and one with a physician, addressing key aspects of your child’s development, vaccination schedule, and overall health. Required vaccinations are also available on-site, at an additional cost.

New Service: Medical Circumcision for Newborns
In an effort to meet healthcare needs from birth, we now offer circumcision for newborns, performed in our safe medical environment by Dr. Jarred Slimovitch, trained at the renowned Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto.
The procedure is brief, safe, and performed with local anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Post-procedure care instructions are provided to parents, and our team remains available for any necessary follow-up.
Circumcision may be chosen for religious, cultural, or medical reasons. According to the Canadian Paediatric Society, it may offer several benefits, including a reduced risk of urinary tract infections, phimosis, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and certain cancers.
We place great importance on providing a positive and reassuring experience for both the baby and their family. Our care includes:
- A pre-procedure phone consultation to answer any questions;
- In-clinic support and clear instructions for post-procedure care;
- A follow-up call 24 to 48 hours after the procedure;
- Prompt availability should any concerns arise.
