What is a health check-up or annual exam?

A health check-up, also called an annual examination, is a complete examination allowing you to take stock of your health.

Can I see a doctor at Clinique Médicale 360 to renew my prescriptions?

Yes, prescriptions can be renewed, if the doctor deems it appropriate, during a medical consultation. In some cases, additional tests or consultations may be requested.

Do you do radiology? (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, etc.)

No, we do not do radiology on site. On the other hand, when it is necessary to have any scan, our team can direct you to a radiology center with the request of a doctor. In any case, if necessary, during the consultation the doctor can provide a request for a specialist doctor.

Do you have a gynecologist?

We do not have a gynecologist on site at Clinique Médicale 360, but our general practitioners offer certain women’s health services. For example, it is possible to do the PAP test. When it is necessary to see a gynecologist, our team can direct you to a gynecology clinic with a doctor’s request.

Is Clinique Médicale 360 accepting new patients?

Yes, Clinique Médicale 360 and its family doctors are accepting new patients. It is possible to have complete support or to consult periodically.

Are the services reimbursed by private insurance companies?

Some services are reimbursed and others are not, depending on the insurance policy you have. You need to verify this information with your insurance company before making an appointment.

Are your services covered by my insurance company?

Clinique Médicale 360 does not do business with any insurance company. The billing is paid by the customer and he can subsequently file a claim with his insurance company. Please note that it is important to contact your private insurance company beforehand, as certain services may or may not be reimbursed.

What is a private clinic?

Medical services offered in a private clinic are not covered by the Régie de l’assurance santé du Québec (RAMQ). Fees are paid by clients.

Is it possible to have the doctor fill out a form?

The forms can usually be completed during a medical consultation, if the physician deems this possible. Please e-mail the document in question to info@clinique360.com before making an appointment. This is to ensure that the doctor is able to complete the document. Additional charges apply.

How long does it take to see a doctor at Clinique Médicale 360?

If you book an appointment by phone or online early in the day, we can usually offer you a same-day or next-day consultation. We do our best to provide consultations as quickly as possible.

Do you do blood tests, urine tests or ultrasounds?

Yes, we offer on-site urine testing. Our nurses can also draw blood if the patient presents with a doctor’s request. These services are available at an additional cost. We don’t perform ultrasounds on site, but our team can refer you to a clinic with a doctor’s referral when necessary.

Is the annual package billed as a one-time payment?

Yes, the package is paid in one instalment on the same date each year.

Are your doctors bilingual?

Yes, all our doctors are bilingual (French and English). Some even speak a third language.
