The consultation takes place entirely in writing, with no video appointment or phone call. You communicate with your dermatologist through secure messaging, at your own pace and with no fixed schedule.

You then complete the $195 payment, then access our secure messaging platform.
Your RAMQ card is used only to confirm your identity and Quebec residency.
As this is a private service, it is not billed to RAMQ.
